Naples is well known around the world for espresso. However, many people don’t know that the way in which we make coffee has changed from the past. It means that there are different kinds of methods to make a good cup of coffee and they all taste different.
Being a Neapolitan, I’m addicted to all of them, of course!

You’ll learn a lot about how to make coffee and what’s the difference between a “moka” or the “cuccuma” (coffee machines that will require more than a simple button to work). Coffee is a ritual in Naples and I’m going to show you something about my community that you have never seen before.
